Shankha Banerjee

CEO

At Lal PathLabs Foundation, our commitment is to strengthen healthcare delivery by creating scalable, impactful, and inclusive solutions. Our focus remains on bridging gaps in rural and semi-urban healthcare through two key pillars - vocational training in healthcare and public health interventions.

Our flagship program trains and certifies phlebotomists, equipping unemployed youth with job-ready skills and placing them within healthcare facilities across the country. This not only enhances diagnostic access in underserved areas but also supports sustainable livelihoods and gender inclusion.

In parallel, our public health initiatives aim to improve primary and preventive healthcare through community outreach, technology-driven interventions, and partnerships with government and local institutions.

I sincerely thank our partners, teams, and stakeholders who make this mission possible. We remain focused on scaling our efforts, deepening our impact, and contributing meaningfully to the nation’s healthcare development agenda.
