Terms and Conditions
  1. The card is valid till the date printed on the card
  2. Point based Program applicable at Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. company owned outlets only
  3. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash
  4. Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without assigning any reason thereof
  5. Any additional schemes and promotions will be governed as per their respective terms and conditions
  6. These terms are in addition to the Privilege Member Card terms already applicable and accessible on www.lalpathlabs.com
  7. In case of loss of the card, a new card will be issued & points will be awarded as per the old card details
  8. Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline/amend/ change/alter/revoke/suspend/withdraw or terminate the membership, introduce any contests/schemes/ rewards/prizes/ lucky draw/coupons to any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever
  9. The usage of this card confirms that the member has read and understood and has further agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions as amended from time to time
  1. The member is solely responsible for confirmation of the transactions and credits, if any have been accrued on the Privilege Member Card
  2. Member authorizes Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. to disclose member information to the Government authorities or to competent authorities or to credit bureaus or to other third persons as relevant, to comply with obligations under law. Members also authorize Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. to use member information for offering products and services to the members, including from its associates/partners, unless specified otherwise
  3. This card is not transferable and is non-refundable and is the property of Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. to whom it must be returned upon request, or if found
  4. The card issuer reserves the right to withdraw any offer/scheme/programme/prize(s) at any time without prior notice
  5. The Courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute
