1: Your reports will be available online for a period of 7 days from the date given on your receipt. Beyond that period, you can get in touch with your lab for a copy of the report.

2: Partially paid or unpaid reports cannot be accessed online.

How to access the report?

* In the 'Lab No.' field enter your seven
digit unique numeric code without prefix.
* In the 'Password' field enter surname of
the patient.
* Click on 'go' button to access your report.
