It all started 7 years ago. As a business man with a small 300 sq. feet shop, I was presented with this business opportunity of opening a Dr Lal PathLabs Collection Centre. Initially I was hesitant as I had no clue of medical words but Dr Lal PathLabs staff was very cooperative. They trained and guided me through out this journey. Today, as I look back at the past 7 years, I can surely say with pride that not only have I succeeded as a business man but have gained a huge amount from the society. It gives me a sense of pride when my colony members call me "Dr. Gupta."

As a Doctor I always used to prescribe different pathology tests for my patients. I was presented with this opportunity to serve my patients better by having collected the samples at my own clinic. I felt this will help my patients as they would get good quality pathology services at my premises. But I was really surprised and to be frank, i was highly impressed by the professional way the samples were collected, transported and the reports were delivered at my clinic as promised. Not only this, I can today view the reports of the patients on my computer as soon as the result is out. Moreover I even have the advantage of getting to see my patients past report at one go on my computer.

7 years ago, I was successfully running a chemist shop in Ludhiana. I chanced upon an opportunity to open a franchisee collection centre of Dr Lal pathLabs and today I have two more collection centers of LPL in Ludhiana which I am managing with along with my 2 younger brothers. As I look back in time I feel that it was only GOD who gave me an opportunity to involve my complete family in this highly respectable and humane profession. Being associated with Dr Lal PathLabs, I today feel like a "Complete person".
