A. It is a program that helps you book and pay for select health packages online, with a host of privilege services and benefits for your convenience. When you book and pay online you avoid morning rush for the test at our Labs and also avail of a host of other privileged services.
Q. How can I avail the e-Health program?
A. Just visit our website: www.lalpathlabs.com and click on the desired package from our 4 packages, enter your details and book the tests as per your convenience for the tests.
Q. What do I get in e-Health program?
A. You get a host of benefits such as:
- No waiting in queues if you book and pay online
- Exclusive privileges: Personalised attention, Complimentary Breakfast (on select packages); and Doctor Consultation
- Pay using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking and avoid carrying cash

Q. How can I pay for the e-Health program?
A. You can pay using your Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. Just select the package, enter the desired details, follow the instructions given on the page and pay securely through any of the mediums mentioned above.

Q. Is my payment secure?
A. Yes, the payment is totally secure.
Q. How can I gift an e-Health package?
A. You can login to your account and enter the details of the people you want to include along with their email addresses. They will be notified via email accordingly.
Q. How can I change the booking time?
A. You can call our National Customer Care No 011-3988 5050 for the same or email us at: ehealth@lalpathlabs.com with the booking ID. They will assist you accordingly
Q. How can I make bookings for two persons at the same time?
A. You can add customer details under customer information after logging in. You can select the first person and then assign package to him and similarly you can add second person for the booking.
Q. I haven’t got a confirmation. What should I do?
A. You can call our National Customer Care for the same or email us at: ehealth@lalpathlabs.com and our representatives will contact you within 48 hours to solve your query
Q. I have a wrong confirmation. What should I do?
A. You can call our National Customer Care for the same or email us at: ehealth@lalpathlabs.com
Q. My transaction stopped mid-way. What should I do?
A. You need to mail us at ehealth@lalpathlabs.com if the payment has been debited from your account, or if not, then you need to start again from log in page.

Q. After booking, up to what time I can avail the test?
A. You need to avail the test within 7 days of generation of Unique Booking ID.
Q. What are the things I need to keep in mind before visiting a Lab?
A. Please carry your Photo ID proof, Booking ID and a print of the confirmation page. For the test, you need to be on 12-hour fasting before the test begins.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. We respect your right to privacy. At Dr Lal PathLabs we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. Dr Lal PathLabs does not store your credit card or online bank account information.
Dr Lal PathLabs will not rent or sell your name or your personal information. It reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime.
Q. Does Dr Lal PathLabs store my information?
A. Dr Lal PathLabs only stores information uploaded by you during the registration. No transaction information such as credit card details, etc. is stored in our database. You directly feed these details into the bank payment gateways, which are completely secure.
Dr Lal PathLabs does not handle this sensitive data or store it in any way.
Q. If I have placed the order and want to modify or cancel the same, what is the procedure?
A. The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling Dr Lal PathLabs. However, you can get updated on the status of the order by calling Dr Lal PathLabs. In case the order, which is paid through credit card, is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product, Dr Lal PathLabs will refund the amount by reversing the transaction. The same would reflect in the next statement.
