Each time the members use any of our services, points are credited to the assigned Privilege Health Card. They can collect these points and redeem them later at the company owned centers across Delhi NCR against your net bill*. Being a Privileged Customer, you can also get Free Home Collection on a bill value* of 2000 or above.

Key benefits of the Program:
  1. The Primary Card Holder and family members who are part of the Privilege Program will be entitled to Free Home Collection on a bill value* of 2000 or above
  2. Customers are eligible for membership on purchase of products worth 1000. Or they can pay 100 for this membership
  3. From day one this card will have 50 points as a reward from Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd.
  1. It's a Family Health Card (valid for 6 members including 1 Primary Card Holder) where immediate dependents (within the strict limits of Delhi & NCR Region) of the customer will get registered for further benefits
  2. A Privilege Card Holder can start accumulating points on that card with every purchase and will be awarded 5 points for every 100 spent as part of the net bill* as loyalty points
  3. 1 point is equal to 1. Privilege Card Holder can redeem points after accumulating at least 250 points
  4. All points can be redeemed on a single purchase. But no point will be awarded on redemption transaction
  5. Points can be accumulated at any Dr Lal PathLabs Pvt. Ltd. company owned outlet
  6. Points redemption should be done within 6 months from the last transaction at the same Lab at which the card holder is enrolled
