To enable immediate communication of test information, we have shifted to an electronic mode of intimation of all test updates. The changes listed in this document are effective in less than 30 days. Please not the individual effective dates below, as some of these changes require IMMEDIATE ACTION. Amendments / updates are highlighted in the given Test Information. Separate serum within 1 hour of collection. Ship refrigerated or frozen. Overnight fasting is preferred. Stability : Room Refrigerated Frozen NA 48 hrs. 1 week Method : Immunoterbidometry Value : 90-180 mg/dL Report : Daily 2nd April – 08 H106 H106 C4 COMPLEMENT COMPONENT Specimen : 2 mL (0.5 mL min.) serum from 1 SST. Separate serum within 1 hour of collection. Ship refrigerated or frozen. Overnight fasting is preferred. Stability : Room Refrigerated Frozen NA 48 hrs. 1 week Method : Immunoterbidometry Value : 10-40 mg/dL Report : Daily   2nd April – 08
